By purchasing a kitten from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to protect both buyer and breeder and ensure a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy experience.
1. Full Payment Requirement
You are required to pay the full purchase price for each Maine Coon kitten
Payment must be made in full before the kitten is released for delivery.
We accept secure payment methods such as , Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, CashApp, Gift Cards, Bitcoin

2. Shipping and Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your kitten will be safely shipped to your provided address using a trusted pet courier service.
Each kitten will include:
Travel documents
Health certificates
Feeding and care instructions
Tracking details and delivery updates will be provided.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
3. Health Guarantee
Every Maine Coon kitten from Majestic Hearts is:

Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming

We offer a 72-hour health guarantee upon delivery. Buyers are encouraged to take their kitten to a licensed vet within this period.
If any major health issue is diagnosed (verified by a licensed vet), we will resolve the issue promptly—either with a replacement kitten or agreed-upon solution.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to provide:
A safe, loving, and clean indoor environment
Proper nutrition, grooming, and vet care
Daily affection and social interaction for their Maine Coon
Once the kitten is delivered, full ownership and responsibility are transferred to the buyer.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live animal sales, all payments are non-refundable once a kitten is reserved and paid for—unless an issue arises on our end (e.g., health issue or unavailability).
