Welcome to Family Border Collies! We are proud to offer quality, family-raised Border Collie puppies to loving homes. By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to protect both buyer and breeder and ensure a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy experience.

1. Full Payment Requirement

You are required to pay the full purchase price for each Border Collie puppy. Payment must be made in full before the puppy is released for delivery.

We accept secure payment methods such as Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, Cash App, and Bitcoin.

Full payment helps us confirm serious buyers and maintain a high standard of care. It covers veterinary checks, vaccinations, quality food, socialization, preparation, and safe delivery arrangements.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your Border Collie puppy will be safely transported to your provided address using a trusted pet transport service.

Each puppy will include:

• Travel documents

• Health certificate

• Feeding and care instructions

Tracking details and delivery updates will be provided throughout the journey. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and transport arrangements.

3. Health Guarantee

Every Border Collie puppy from Family Border Collies is:

• Veterinarian-checked

• Up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

• Raised in a loving, family environment

We offer a 72-hour health guarantee upon delivery. Buyers are encouraged to take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within this period.

If any major health issue is diagnosed and verified by a licensed veterinarian, we will work with the buyer to find an appropriate solution in accordance with the terms of the health guarantee.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to provide:

• A safe, loving, and clean home environment

• Proper nutrition, grooming, exercise, training, and veterinary care

• Daily affection, attention, and social interaction for their Border Collie

Once the puppy is delivered, full ownership and responsibility are transferred to the buyer.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live animal sales, all payments are non-refundable once a kitten is reserved and paid for—unless an issue arises on our end (e.g., health issue or unavailability).

In such cases, a refund or replacement puppy will be offered at our discretion.

7. Legal Notice

By purchasing a Border Collie puppy from Family Border Collies, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

• You accept full responsibility for the puppy upon delivery
